This role follows a hybrid work setup, requiring onsite work three times a week at SCB, Ayala, Makati, and follows a US time zone schedule.
What You’ll Do...
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and non-professional roles • Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and expectations • Post job advertisements across recruitment platforms • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews • Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes • Manage offer discussions and support candidates through onboarding stages • Maintain accurate recruitment records and updates in the ATS • Collaborate closely with internal TA teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
What We're Looking For...
• At least 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience (offshore) o Strong experience in intake calls, candidate screening and interviewing, offer management, candidate care, stakeholder coordination, and documenting recruitment activities within an ATS environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confident working with hiring managers and internal talent acquisition teams • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
