Job Title: Sanitation Operator (12hr shifts rotating days and nights) £30750 per annum Department: Processing Reports to: Process Supervisor
Job Description
The purpose of the role is to maintain the cleanliness of production areas and the processing line Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Clean the processing area (including line/walkways etc) from the PEF to the EQ belt
• Complete sign off sheet of cleaning duties
• Ensure work is compliant with relevant health and safety, environmental and GMP practice
• BBS (Behavioural Based Safety) – responsible for your own safety and for those around you.
• Carry out sanitation duties as required, including shutdown
• Remain at your work station until relieved at shift handover
• Carry out “on the job” guidance, training, support for colleagues as required
• Report and escalate any issues with a supervisor or manager in a timely manner
• Any other reasonable task as requested by your supervisor/manager

Qualifications Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent). Lamb Weston chemical training, H+S, GMP RPPT Experience Manufacturing/Factory experience Cleaning /sanitation experience
