We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager at our office in Milan who will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks for the organization.
Your tasks
• You will lead all Finance & Administration activities for the Italian operations, ensuring full ownership of financial performance and compliance.
• You are providing strategic financial insights, influencing business decisions, and actively shaping the country’s strategic plans.
• You will manage key financial areas including P&L, balance sheet, and ROIC while ensuring accurate local accounting, reporting, and tax compliance.
• You take care of leading and developing the local FC&A team, while ensuring strong financial controls, systems, and governance are in place.
• You will oversee HR/payroll processes and ensure full legal and procedural compliance across all operations.
• You will collaborate closely with regional and local stakeholders, driving forecasting improvements and supporting change initiatives across the organization.

Your profile
• Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics, or Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting can be compensated with experience and seniority
• Professional English and Italian skills are a must have
• 5-10 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in international environment
• Profound knowledge of Italian GAAP is a must
• Experience in SWISS GAAP FER is an asset
• Experience in operational HR management is an asset
• Supply Chain and/or ITC is an asset
• HR/Payroll/Workday experience is an asset
• SAP-ECC or SAP-R3 user skills (migration experience in general will be appreciated)
• Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Cognos is an asset
