Job Details The Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapist II is responsible for evaluation and treatment of Home Community Re-entry (HCR) patients in the clinic and community setting, delivery of cognitive therapy sessions, clinical case management, coordination of the rehabilitation plan, and discharge planning.
Primary responsibilities also include: mentorship, supervision of students, and advanced knowledge of the acquisition, application, adaptation, generalization, and maintenance of cognitive sk
