GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Deputy Manager, Investor Relations, will support the management of relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. The role is responsible for coordinating communications with the investment community and preparing financial presentations, reports, and other IR materials. Working closely with the Head of Investor Relations and senior management, the Deputy Manager will contribute to ensuring that the company’s strategic objectives, financial performance, and business updates are communicated clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
JOB DESCRIPTION Stakeholder Engagement: o Support engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders, including coordinating meetings and responding to information requests. o Coordinate and facilitate investor-related events such as earnings calls, one-on-one meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences, ensuring timely preparation of materials and logistics.
Investor Communication: o Contribute to the preparation of materials that articulate the company’s business model, strategy, and long-term direction to the investment community. Market Intelligence and Analysis: o Monitor and analyse financial markets, peer performance, and industry trends, and consolidate relevant insights for internal reporting and management review.
Track investor feedback and market sentiment to support alignment of investor relations initiatives with investor expectations and prevailing market conditions.
JOB REQUIREMENT Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree holder. • Professional certifications such as CFA, ICAEW, ACA, CMSL or equivalent would be a plus.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields. • Proven experience in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the media. • Experience working in publicly traded companies, particularly in preparing earnings reports and engaging with investors.
