What You’ll Do as an Ethical Trade Coordinator
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Act as a liaison between internal teams (Sourcing, Buying, Procurement, Finance) and external stakeholders, including suppliers and factories.Respond promptly to stakeholder queries via email and phone, ensuring clear and professional communication.Maintain accurate system records, process data, and perform administrative tasks to support smooth departmental operations.Gather, collate, and analyse data for reporting purposes and assist with ad hoc projects as required.Support the Central Support team and provide cover for other Ethical Trade Coordinators when necessary.Promote and communicate Primark’s Code of Conduct and operating standards to internal and external stakeholders.
