Performance Objectives:
Manage* software implementation projects, aided by Aucerna’s project & program management methodology and best practices for the organizationFrequently and proactively communicate Project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders and sponsorsDeliver key company initiatives on schedule, on budget, and to specificationResolve any issues using appropriate conflict resolution skillsEnsure that client needs are fulfilled by providing professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during and after the customer's requirements are metSolve challenging technical support questions related to the solution suiteWork effectively across internal departments (product development, quality assurance, sales, marketing)Contribute to the company knowledge base and operational efficiencyAssist in maintenance and improvement of the training materials, product documentation and implementation standardsProvide solution training to clients and employees*Managing a project through the lifecycle can include initial planning, scoping, cost estimation, scheduling, resourcing, technical solution design, monitoring project implementation metrics, action items, and deliverables, performing quality control and validation activities, end user training, and project closure activities
PMI Project Manager Professional (PMP) Designation, PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP), Prince2 or equivalent preferredOil and gas industry or software experience as well as familiarity with the upstream planning space preferredA working knowledge of economic and financial modelling and metrics preferredExperience with Aucerna current or former solutions (ValNav, AFENav, esi.execute, enersight, esi.manage, esi.portfolio, COGS, Perspectives, WellSpring) preferredMBA or other advanced degrees preferredAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishEducation:
University Degree, preferably in a technical or business discipline (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) requiredCompetencies:
