Reports Developers1 • Should have strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI & BIP Reports.
• Should have minimum functional knowledge in the below Fusion Modules.
• Oracle Core HR
• Oracle Learning
• Oracle Recruiting
• Compensation
• Absence Management
• Oracle Talent Management.
• Strong technical skills to develop OTBI & BIP Reports in the above modules.
• Should have knowledge of Fusion OTBI security.
• Should have knowledge of creating Dash Boards in OTBI.
• Should be able to schedule the BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email.
• Ability to work independently with Business Analyst.
• Ability to create test data in the fusion modules required for unit testing.
• Should have knowledge to create the technical design document and UTP for unit testing.
• Should participate in Report design meetings with Analyst and provide best technical solutions.
• Should be serve as the go-to subject matter OTBI & BIP reporting & Security expert for the Oracle HCM Modules.
• Knowledge of DevOps for updating the support tickets.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills.
