Responsibilities and Authority:
• Manage performance and develop talent across all three production shifts • Develop plans to skill up and cover knowledge gaps across shifts • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to and administer progressive disciplinary action when required • Write and administer performance reviews and set annual goals for hourly production team • Coaching and team building
