Job Description
International Schools Partnership se encuentra en búsqueda de Ejecutiva(o) de Fidelización, quien será responsable de contactar, acompañar y hacer seguimiento a las familias de nuestros colegios, con el objetivo de conocer la experiencia de cada apoderado, fidelizar su relación con el colegio y poder lograr una re matrícula de forma exitosa. Se requiere disponibilidad inmediata, disponibilidad para el rol por 3 meses (con posibilidad de extensión) y disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida (3x2) en Comuna de Las Condes.
Funciones principales
• Gestionar diariamente los leads asignados (contactos telefónicos, WhatsApp, correo electrónico y otras plataformas). • Realizar llamadas de primer contacto, seguimiento y cierre, según las etapas definidas en el proceso. • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información y observaciones de los contactos en el CRM institucional. • Entregar información clara y completa sobre el proceso, adaptando el mensaje según el interés del lead. • Competencias principales requeridas: orientación al cliente, comunicación efectiva, organización y seguimiento.
Requisitos
• Formación: Enseñanza media completa; deseable estudios técnicos o superiores en áreas de ventas, comunicación, marketing o administración. • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en fidelización y atención al cliente mediante contacto telefónico • Conocimientos: manejo básico de herramientas digitales, CRM, Microsoft Office y WhatsApp Business.
