About this role

The tribe Daily Banking & Client First is looking for an energetic, creative and delivery-oriented Change Expert to support the Tribe Lead and his Management Team.

Your new role As the Change Expert you act as a strategic partner within the management team of the tribe; overseeing & coordinating initiatives & strategic projects, monitoring their progress on achieving objectives, reporting to senior & executive management. You will be responsible to work across the different functions in a very diverse tribe (from product to sales network) on topics like delivery, performance management, HR, Finance, Communication, risk & control, management reporting and communication.

The Tribe Daily Banking & Client first offers a diverse and exciting work environment, with responsibilities ranging from the Branch network, Onboarding, (account)packs, Savings, Life Events and the Daily Banking delivery for Business Banking and Wholesale Banking.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as a partner and sounding board to the Tribe Lead and the Daily Banking Client First MT

• Coordinate Weekly DBCF MT meeting & Quarterly extended Daily Banking Client First MT - planning relevant agenda topics, facilitating and ensuring follow-up of key take-aways and actions.

• Monitor progress on Must Win Battles & KPI’s linked to Daily Banking & Client First scope (Customer acquisition & onboarding, liabilities, commercial growth, Customer experience in digital flows & branch network)

• Assist in commercial and strategic initiatives and drive larger and complex projects, initiating improvement and remediation activities. One example of the current coordination role is the track to reduce friction across customer journeys in order to improve NPS.

• Provide support and coordinate with diverse stakeholders within & outside the tribe ecosystem (other segments, product tribes and/or support functions HR, Risk & Finance) for different initiatives such as QBR’s, RFC’s, Performance wall PI.

• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, recommends and implements enhancements accordingly.

• Prepare communications and presentations for various key stakeholders. In that regard, organize and coordinate Kick off’s & intermediary pitstops.

• Work with finance on DP and RFC processes to ensure consistency

• OHI: coordinate, follow up and ensure progress on the OHI action plan

You quickly identify challenges, bring them forward, and work collaboratively with the Daily Banking Client First Management Team to find solutions. With strong analytical and reading skills, you are able to absorb and interpret information quickly, turning insights into action.

At the same time, you know how to bring people along. You are persuasive and thoughtful, able to influence stakeholders at all levels, and ensure alignment on clear objectives and timelines.

Furthermore, you have:

• Successfully completed a master’s degree or equivalent education.

• Relevant experience as a Program Manager or similar role with high-end stakeholder management

• Fluent in the English language (C2). French or Dutch is a welcome but not required

• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
