This role is responsible for supporting our Senior Sales Managers and clients within the Nordic and Baltic markets. What we expect of you, day to day.

Sales & Business Development Support

Support Senior Sales Managers in strategic sales opportunities, including client meetings, sales presentations, and internal coordination.Supporting the Senior Sales Managers in progressing new deals from modelling to implementation through effective project managementEducate new clients on Visa’s solutions, onboarding processes, and value proposition.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Onboarding and Product) to deliver comprehensive client solutions once a new client has been identified.Contribute to identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in collaboration with the Senior Sales ManagersReadiness to also Support Senior Account Executives in servicing selected clients, focusing on operational excellence.Contribute to a culture of agility, collaboration, and client-centricity, delivering solutions with pace and precision.Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

Support in Project Management of the Visa Innovation Program https://visainnovationprogram.com/nbActively participate in fintech and payment industry events to represent Visa and stay informed on market trends with a focus on the Baltic countriesContribute to initiatives such as Fintech Week, client events, and local fintech hub activities to enhance Visa’s visibility and engagement.Research market developments and customer needs to identify new opportunities and position Visa as a leader in innovation.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

What we’re after…

Experience working with Fintechs, Payments or card schemes is seen a strong advantageStrong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to engage in client-facing activities.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive internal prioritization and meet tight deadlines.Experience in Sales Support or similar support functionsCapacity to understand complex processes and simplify them into clear flowcharts and concepts.Professional experience and credibility to engage effectively with clients and colleagues across all levels.Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skills, supported by financial acumen and numerical fluency.
