Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, the VCA team solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the North America VCA team through setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance for the consulting organization.
The Director, Business Operations, will focus on our North America Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) operations and program management with emphasis in strategic and operational projects that have large impact across the North America team. The Director, Business Operations will directly report to the Sr. Director, Strategy and Operations of North America, VCA.
Overview
Responsibilities of this role include:
Lead a team of professionals that support vendor management, operations, and revenue managementProducing NA VCA performance reporting, including leading business review discussions with senior leadershipDevelop and execute operational strategies that support company goals and objectivesPartner with senior leadership to align business operations with long-term strategic visionSupport tracking and reporting processes to ensure Visa fulfills our client commitmentsCollaborate closely with partners on deliverables and enablement functions on working to resolve financial and reporting discrepanciesDevelop a broad and deep understanding of Value-in-Kind, and Visa’s business and products, and the greater payments landscape within VCAProvide regular reporting and analysis updates for senior level consumption within Visa Inc.Coordinate operational process improvement efforts and ad hoc projects as neededSupport the development of management changes, communications, training, and other program resourcesSupport analytics for North America Value-in-Kind planning of Annual Budget, Multi-Year Plan, and senior leadership business reviewsShare best practices and provide regional input into activities and initiatives with the Global teamUnderstand how our internal systems, platforms and tools are being uses to be able to assess and provide feedback, and maintain up to date documentationSupport VCA in onboarding new employees to internal platforms and ensure understanding of end-to-end processesSupporting broader S&O team with ad hoc strategic projects that impact the VCA organization

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300.00 to 278,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
