Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze sales credits, P&L, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare and distribute comprehensive performance reports for senior management. • Continuously review and enhance sales processes (onboarding, execution, post-trade) to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance the client experience. • Represent the sales team's needs to the technology department (DaXiang). Lead or assist in the rollout of new systems and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms). • Help implement and maintain a robust control framework. This includes managing daily/weekly control checks and producing management information (MI) to ensure the business operates within defined risk parameters.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a business management, COO office, or sales support role within a leading financial institution, preferably in Markets. • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technology teams and business stakeholders. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong control mindset. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
