Country Commercial Marketing Description - Job Summary LATAM Marketing is a strategic partner from day one—consultants who shape business outcomes through integrated 4P plans and One HP alignment. We’re looking for a Country Marketing Manager to lead the commercial and FOW strategy in CACE. This role blends strategic planning and cross-functional orchestration to deliver measurable impact across countries, categories, sales and channels.
What this role will own
• Lead CACE Commercial One Plan aligned with Category, Channel, Sales, and Comms.
• Execute budgets on time aligned to the ABM regional strategy
• Orchestrate and map all customer events, identifying gaps and opportunities across touchpoints • Follow up with Sales to ensure all opportunities are registered correctly in Dynamics
• Consolidate activation plans, goals, and KPIs from local teams
