A brief summary of what's ahead Location: Horizons Reno CountyFull Time Equivalent (FTE): 0Job position summary: Provides intensive, goal directed services to support individuals who have a mental health crisis and substance use problems result in the need for crisis stabilization. The team works closely with all Horizons clinical and community partners to provide services at a higher level of intensity or frequency with the goal of community tenure by the consumer.
