Position Purpose: The Senior Analyst, Advertising Operations is responsible for delivering a best-in-class advertiser experience through expert Marketing Campaign Management. The Senior Analyst leads the end-to-end execution and campaign optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple social platforms while building long-term strategic relationships with partners to resolve complex business challenges. This position is for a results-driven analyst with expertise in Paid Advertising, including Paid Social Media Advertising and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Success in this position comes from leveraging Data Analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive efficiency through effective Project Management, Media Planning, and Cross-functional Collaboration. By providing exceptional Account Management and support, this role acts as a trusted partner to advertisers, helping them solve complex business challenges and build strong, long-term strategic relationships

Key Responsibilities: Advertiser Support & Account Partnership- 25%

• Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner for assigned advertisers/pods, provide guidance that balances advertiser goals with operational best practices. • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement by contributing to walkthroughs, structured communications, and how-to resources • Proactively mitigate issues (delays, reporting questions, pacing concerns) with clear updates and next steps.

Campaign Activation & Operational Execution-25%

• Lead and own campaign operations across assigned scope while meeting deadlines, partnering with Analyst on flawless execution. • Ensure campaign setup aligns to execution standards and operational requirements, coordinate dependencies with partners.

Performance Reporting, Insights, and Optimization-25%

• Own recurring and ad hoc reporting, translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.

• Conduct deeper analyses (e.g., taxonomy, SKU-level insights, creative performance, pacing drivers) to improve outcomes.

• Present and track key metrics that support optimization, operational efficiency, and stakeholder visibility.

Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Collaboration-15%

• Build and refine scalable workflows, systems, and documentation to reduce manual work and improve consistency. • Develop playbooks/best practices and maintain team knowledge repositories/tools. • Partner with product/engineering/internal stakeholders to stay aligned on platform updates and execution standards.

Troubleshooting, QA, and Issue Resolution-10%

• Proactively troubleshoot campaign issues (pacing, performance, operational blockers) and coordinate ticketing/follow-ups. • Validate accuracy of outputs (pacing/spend/reporting) and partner with measurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

• 3 years professional work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years of relevant experience in advertising, media, or account management roles • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences; strong written/verbal communication. • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret performance, identify trends, and recommend optimizations (pacing, bid strategy, taxonomy, creative). • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver on deadlines in a high-volume environment. • Experience partnering cross-functionally and supporting external suppliers/customers in a service-oriented, solutions-first manner. • Process improvement and enablement experience (building workflows, training materials, onboarding, documentation).
