Job Description About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal operational role aligning HR strategy with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with C&C and COE team across ANZ.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to:
• Effective business partnering with leaders within the Marketing, R&D and NZ Sales departments across Australia and New Zealand. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in order to effectively influence and co-create people solutions. • Partner with the COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activity including annual talent reviews, merit reviews and performance reviews. • Partner with the Rewards team to manage people budgets within allocated departments. • Lead the Employee Relations agenda within your population, including oversight of all grievance, performance improvements or change management. • Leading and participating in initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience. • Managing the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.
About You
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. • Experience working in FMCG and global companies. • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
