About this role
A Patient Services Representative is responsible for a variety of activities related to patient queries and concerns. Their primary tasks include understanding what a patient needs by interviewing him and listening to his/her concerns. They then ensure that the patient gets those needs met by coordinating the information available from and to consumers, family members, medical personnel, and administrator staff.
