Job Description The Lead Server is responsible for courteously serving resident and guest meals, and for clean-up and resetting of dining room following meal service. The Lead Server is also responsible for supervising the daily assignments of the servers, ensuring proper training, as well as ensuring proper coverage to meet the business needs.
