Our client is seeking a Senior TikTok Shop & Creator Commerce Manager to own and scale TikTok as both a discovery engine and a high-velocity commerce channel.
This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, paid performance, and social commerce. You will be responsible for driving revenue through TikTok Shop, creators, affiliates, paid amplification, and live shopping.
The ideal candidate understands how beauty products win on TikTok and knows how to translate trends, creators, and platform mechanics into consistent revenue.
You will operate as the day-to-day owner of TikTok Shop performance, partnering with TikTok, internal growth teams, and creators to unlock scalable growth.
TikTok Shop Ownership & Growth
Serve as the primary owner of Alleyoop’s TikTok Shop channel and performance.
Responsibilities include:
Managing product listings, merchandising, and optimization within TikTok ShopLaunching and managing campaigns directly within the TikTok Seller CenterCoordinating with TikTok on incentives, platform opportunities, and betasIdentifying new platform features and commerce opportunities to drive growthEnsuring strong alignment between TikTok Shop, paid media, and creator contentThe goal is to turn TikTok Shop into a consistent and scalable revenue channel.
Creator & Affiliate Commerce
Develop and manage a creator-driven commerce engine on TikTok.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying and recruiting creators for TikTok Shop content and affiliate programsManaging creator relationships and content outputScaling high-performing creators through paid amplificationSupporting live shopping initiatives and creator-led sales momentsBuilding repeatable systems for creator discovery, testing, and scalingThe objective is to build a high-volume creator ecosystem that drives consistent product discovery and sales.
Shop Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
Own the TikTok Shop customer experience and conversion performance.
Responsibilities include:
Managing product merchandising, collections, and campaign-specific offersOptimizing product listings and creative assets for TikTok native commerceTesting bundles, promotions, and product positioningMonitoring channel UX and identifying opportunities to improve conversionThe focus is on improving GMV, CVR, and overall shop performance.Performance Analytics & Reporting
Define and track performance across TikTok Shop, paid campaigns, and creator-driven sales.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring key metrics such as GMV, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rateIdentifying gaps in attribution and measurementLeveraging TikTok Seller Center insights and third-party tools to analyze trendsBuilding reporting dashboards and performance insightsPartnering with the growth team to forecast and plan channel performanceThe goal is to ensure TikTok operates with clear performance visibility and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the internal owner of the TikTok commerce strategy across teams.
Responsibilities include:
Translating TikTok insights into actionable strategies for creative, growth, and CRM teamsCollaborating with paid media and creative teams on content and ad strategyAligning with ecommerce and inventory teams on product availabilitySupporting product launches and major promotional campaignsThe role requires strong coordination across teams to ensure TikTok initiatives translate into real revenue impact.

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, social commerce, or performance marketingHands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and TikTok Ads ManagerProven ability to drive revenue through TikTok creators, affiliates, or paid campaignsStrong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator ecosystemsAnalytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing performance metricsAbility to operate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and ecommerce teamsSelf-starter with strong problem-solving ability and bias for action Benefits
