Success in this role comes from combining hands-on operational control with a strong bias toward results in live and social commerce.
Core Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate listings, smooth workflows, and consistent execution.Plan, execute, and support live selling initiatives to drive engagement and sales performance.Operate TikTok Shop Lives with a focus on conversion, pacing, and operational accuracy.Track performance inside the platform and make execution-level adjustments to improve outcomes. Proven experience working as a TikTok Shop Manager.Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations end to end.Demonstrated experience with live selling workflows.Direct experience running TikTok Shop Lives. Benefits
