About this role
Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in Hillsboro as an Occupational Therapist, where you will make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in both school and outpatient environments. Key responsibilities
• Conduct evaluations and provide individualized occupational therapy interventions based on patient needs • Educate patients and families using task analysis tailored to learning needs • Complete documentation in accordance with department standards to support effective care and reimbursement • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and communicate the value of occupational therapy services • Participate in quality improvement and departmental initiatives • Pursue continuing education to maintain and enhance professional knowledge • Ensure patient safety and engage personally with patients
What you will need
• Occupational Therapist license with the State of Wisconsin (required) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients and team members
