Join Our Team as a Full-Time Hospital Pharmacist at Emplify Health by Gundersen In this role, you’ll provide LOVE + MEDICINE in-patient pharmaceutical care at our La Crosse Hospital.
What You’ll Do:
• Work 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week
• Work primarily day shifts, between 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Rotate every third week to evening shifts between 12:00 pm and 11:00 pm
• Rotate every third weekend and holiday
• Oversee and supervise all manufacturing and compounding activities

What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Wisconsin pharmacist license
