Job Description:
• Arrange budgets based on field conditions and MCAR input standards • Leading the morning circle at the division's office for the day's work arrangements • Coordinate all Mandor and Kerani to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is carried out according to the target set • Fostering good relationships with employees, government officials, community leaders and communities surrounding the division • Examine and sign all daily reports of employment, use of materials, employment and progress / work of third parties • Request non-harvest premium based on the work done • Explain the operational cost of the division between budget and actual month • Ensure that there is a restriction of TBS and brondolan, stored safely and transported the next day at the first opportunity
Job Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Agronomy • Having max 3 years of working experience as Assistant Agronomy • Good in communication skill • Ready to be relocated according to company needs
