Job Description Customer Service, Digital, Sales Experience, and Inventory Management

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education -Attends to sales and service needs of customers -Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system -Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate) -Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role; -Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays; -Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms); -Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills; -Proficiency in problem solving
