Job Description Task 1. Efficiency savings tracking (Financials and Headcount)

Deliverables

1. Finance Tracking: · Offshoring to Gaelle · Review MBR/ QBR submission for Finance 2. Transformation savings: · MBR/ QBR process: review and validate Forecast, Plan and Actuals · Actuals Evidencing Job scope

Finance Tracking:

• Update the finance savings and review the submission for FPNA is aligned with finance records. Transformation savings:

• Monthly MBR/QBR: Review, validate, and consolidate savings by initiative and by market (Actuals, Forecast vs. Target, Phasing, etc.) on T-4WD, prior to presentation to the management team. • margin-top:0in;"> margin-top:0in;">undefined Process Overview (Ongoing Activities): Review and validate Actual YTD Hard Saving evidence to ensure accurate capture of actuals.

Task 2. IFRS17 BAU Management

Deliverables 1. BAU process:

• • Coordinate Closing process

2. On-going BAU enhancement:

• • IFRS17 EDS migration to GDP • COE setup and Process improvement

Job scope 1. Closing process:

• Coordinate the end to end Closing process including gather the local schedule, and results review 2. On-going BAU enhancement:

• Supporting end to end IFRS17 EDS migration to GDP • Coordinate COE and Process improvement with Genpact offshore team 3. Skillset

• Project management • IFRS17 technical knowledge (preferred) • Process improvement • Collaboration • Problem-solving

Task 3. USGAAP PPE/ Goodwill and OIA Deliverables 1. BAU process:

• Manage the local market submission based on timeline from Corporate • Reconcile the PL and Balance sheet movement by local market • Review and consolidate the schedules • Goodwill - Support impairment assessment and ensure compliance with US GAAP requirements 2. Job scope

• PPE: • Quarterly: Review the schedules for additions, disposals, and amortization

• OIA: • Monthly: Reconcile the BS movement and PL movement by countries • Quarterly: Review and consolidate the schedules for OIA additions, disposals, and amortization and ensure proper capitalization, amortization, and impairment in line with US GAAP

• Goodwill and OIA: • Annually: Support impairment assessment and ensure compliance with US GAAP requirements

3. Skillset

• Accounting Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred • 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in insurance or financial services • Strong analytical and numerical skills • High attention to detail • Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities • IFRS17 technical knowledge (preferred) • Project management skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills
