• Lead development of long-term strategic plans in collaboration MDs and BU Head • Conduct market, competitive and industry analysis to identify the opportunies and emerging trends. • Use KPIs relating to Strategic plans to monitor the effectiveness of business performance, provide actional insights on key initiatives • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design processes that enable the objectives of the new strategy and / or enhance operational efficiency • Build business cases for new initiatives, products, markets or partnerships

Growth Initiatives and Execution

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new growth opportunities and initatives • Support implement and execute growth beyond budget plans for BU APAC • Monitor growth beyond budget performance and support any corrective measures and alignment needs within different stakeholders in GF • Partner with sales companies, marketing, product management etc. to drive cross-functional or cross-boarders growth initiatives

Manage and Execute BU Level’s Strategic Projects

• Design and manage strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Lead or co-work with strategic project teams to implement align with the project timeline and demand • Track and measure the impact of the projects, optimize based on performance metrics and / or adjust based on actual situations

Support Change Management and Communication Management

• Support change processes to ensure implementing the strategic related goals • Facilitate communication among key Asian organization members regarding the new operating model and other strategic initiatives may lead to change • Lead strategic workshops, meetings and presentations with senior managers and cross-functional teams • Ensure clear communication of strategic priorities across the organization

Pricing

• Drive pricing concept and execution for International Account Management • Align closely with global Pricing responsibles • Establish guidelines and processes for pricing (from yearly reviews, special requests, updates etc.) for BU APAC
