Shape the University’s Digital Future
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Content Editor to join our Web Evolution Programme and help create compelling, user-focused digital experiences for diverse audiences – from prospective students to global industry leaders.
As a key member of the team, you’ll take ownership of significant sections of our main website, crafting engaging content that meets both user and business needs. You’ll write and edit high-quality copy, select imagery, and build pages using our CMS, CMP and DAM, ensuring content is optimised for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
What you’ll do:
Audit, migrate, and create engaging digital content for our new website structure.
Build and test webpages in our CMS, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to agree streamlined content structures.
Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimise content accordingly.
Contribute to an agile, fast-paced project introducing new functionality and design.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Content Editor or similar role for public-facing websites.
Strong copywriting skills and experience writing for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and best practices for web content.
Experience working in brand-controlled environments and large-scale content projects.
Degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
Familiarity with CMS platforms and Google Analytics.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
