Job Description
• Brand campaign landing in channels
• To define brand communication priorities in online and offline sales channels according to the different trade features • According to channel trends and preference, to cowork with marketing and sales team to work out channel campaign plan and communicate with customers • To execute and monitor campaign landing and further work on improvement plan
• Online and Offline Perfect store Management
• To lead the design of ecommerce product assets, including product pages/ pack shots and banners and to conduct the adjustment in time as per request • To enhance EC in-store decoration according to brand guide • To develop various offline Posm tools and communication materials for offline channels, including shelf tray, standee, product sticker, PDQ, etc • To maintain channels visual assets bank in time • Build up POS execution tracking process to raise the brand presence effectiveness.
• Gimmick design and production
• To set up annual gimmick plan according to brand strategy and consumer insight • To lead the gimmick’s design and production to improve consumers’ interest and loyalty to brand
• Brand new user recruitment
• To co-work with brand and sales team to set up annual sample plan • To lead cross brand sample and channel sample execution • To regularly track sample project status and set up improvement plan
Profile and Technical Skills: Education/Training:
• Bachelor’s degree • Good communication skills in English on top of Mandarin Work Experience:
• +3 years of Trade Marketing/ E-marketing/ Shopper Marketing in Cosmetics/FMCG • Creative with strong brand sense and experience in online and offline channels in Cosmetics/FMCG • Experience working with cross function teams and external agencies, to ensure plans & channel execution effectively and efficiently. • Solid understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in China Cosmetics/FMCG trade industry and compliance track record. Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
• Good knowledge and experience in Ecommerce and Modern Trade • Strong ability to innovate and form creative solutions Behavioral skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English too) • Self-initiative and good follow-through
