Job Title: Medical & Pharmacy sales representative - Dermatology (Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot) Location: Pomeranian Voivodeship (Pomorskie), Poland, field-based role (company car provided)

Job Description: In this role, you will promote key products from Galderma’s portfolio and represent the company across the Pomeranian Voivodeship. You will work in the field, engaging with medical and pharmacy customers and building Galderma’s professional presence in the region. We are looking for a reliable, professional and relationship-oriented person with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can adapt to changing market conditions and develop long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales and promotional activities in the region in line with business objectives and priorities. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and pharmacy staff, based on trust and professionalism. • Conduct customer meetings and product discussions, tailoring communication to customer needs and evolving conditions. • Negotiate and agree cooperation terms within company standards and applicable rules. • Monitor and analyze the local medical and pharmacy market, identifying growth opportunities. • Plan and prioritize daily field activity, managing routes and visit schedules effectively. • Report field activity and ensure high-quality execution of agreed initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical industry (dermatology experience is an advantage, not a requirement). • Knowledge of the local medical and pharmacy market in the region. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and sustain long-term customer partnerships. • Very good work organization, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently. • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions. • Higher education degree, valid category B driving license, and fluent Polish (spoken and written).
