Welcome! Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions including presale solutions. • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and find customer requirements. • Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results. • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports or minute of meeting. • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. • Working closely with customers, implementer team, and managerial staff. • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Performing user acceptance testing, documentation, and training user. • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects including project quality to ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinating with implementer team to support tickets and participate in an on-call support as required. • Aware of Best Practice for tool implementation.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related. • At least 3-5 years of experience in role of Business or System Analyst. • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels. • Can work as a team, must be able to work under pressure. • Project management skills to ensure all deliverables are on time, within budget and of high quality • Problem solving skill. • Good in English. • Experience of designing, developing and/or implementing ITIL aligned processes including ITSM, ITAM solutions would be an advantage. • ITIL Certification (Foundation, Specialist) would be an advantage.
