Bayer invites you to join our team as Senior Customer & Medical Lead, where your expertise and passion will make a meaningful difference for patients and communities across Sweden.
Your Impact
· Drive the localization and execution of global and local medical and commercial strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
· Lead evidence generation initiatives, including observational studies and investigator-initiated research, advancing clinical excellence and innovation.
· Build and nurture trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and medical societies, representing Bayer at external forums, advisory boards, and regulatory interactions.
· Support clinical trials and local study activities, providing scientific expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
· Analyze field insights and therapeutic trends to optimize engagement and content, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance in all communications and materials.
· Empower and mentor colleagues across our entrepreneurial teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
What You Bring
· Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD preferred; Pharmacist, Biologist, or equivalent preferably with PhD also considered).
· Clinical experience and prior industry Medical/Scientific Advisor experience in the cardiorenal field (preferred).
· Strong stakeholder management, networking, and business acumen, with deep knowledge of the cardiorenal therapeutic area and current industry trends.
· Proven ability to present to large audiences and contribute to strategic organizational initiatives.
· Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
