Our award winning app combines hands-on money management tools with digital lessons based on the latest research within digital didactics.

Welcome to GimiWe are growing rapidly through partnerships with banks across Europe. As our network of live and soon-to-launch bank partners increases, we are now entering a crucial growth phase where customer activation and market momentum are essential. To enable this, we are looking to bring in a part-time Growth Specialist to help us both to capture growth opportunities and to develop market intelligence.

This role introduces growth marketing competence into Gimi — therefore, we are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and who thrives in experimentation, iteration, and execution.

The Growth Specialist will primarily operate in the Bank Partnership team, acting as the executor and optimiser of our growth activities. You will run experiments, launch campaigns, develop playbooks and ultimately helping drive user acquisition and awareness in multiple markets. Small, well-designed, recurring activities are often where the biggest impact lies — and this role focuses exactly on that.

You will work closely with:

Bank Partnership team (primary collaboration)

Sales & Commercial team

Design and Product teams

The backlog of activities will be shared and visible in Slack, and priorities will be aligned weekly in short check-ins. You will report directly to Chief Partnership Officer.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimise B2C marketing campaigns to drive app downloads and onboard families.

Run controlled experiments to develop learnings on messaging, creative, channels and funnel performance.

Monitor, analyse and improve performance across awareness → conversion → activation funnels.

Example of initial projectsDevelop a marketing asset library

Launch paid acquisition campaigns in existing markets to benchmark CAC.

Test acquisition efficiency in new/pre-launch markets aiming for >1,000 early signups.

Build and maintain a Growth Playbook with repeatable methods and channel learnings.

Profile & Competencies7+ years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, growth product, or similar.

Hands-on ability to ideate, implement and analyse digital acquisition campaigns.

Comfortable running experiments with imperfect data and iterating quickly.

Strong written communication & ability to create clear, persuasive messaging.

Experience working cross-functionally and navigating multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with app user funnels is a plus
