Job Description Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage commercial relationships with multiple key exploratory accounts within the region • Deliver assigned sales targets and growth plans in line with regional strategy • Develop and implement clear account strategies, using the “zipper” approach to expand client engagement • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities aligned with service line and business line objectives • Act as the internal focal point for key accounts, coordinating inputs from business development, commercial, and delivery teams • Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders • Promote and drive adoption of Fugro’s innovation and solutions portfolio • Gather client intelligence and market insights to support strategic decision-making Experience & Qualifications
• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within a B2B or technical services environment • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex client relationships • Experience working across regions and with multiple internal stakeholders • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable growth and operational excellence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong stakeholder management capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI is preferred
For this position, we offer an annual gross salary between €70,500 and €96,550, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as an attractive overall benefits package. What We Offer
