What You'll Do
• Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates overall development, management, and successful administration of Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient services. Planning, organizing and development of Behavioral Health Services including, but not limited to:
• Financial, Administrative operations
• Supervision of Behavioral Health staff
• Behavioral Health Operations
• Program Development
• Business Development
• Strategic Planning related to program quality measures, internal and external growth
• Functions under the direction of the Facility Chief Nursing Officer.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree
• 7 years of behavioral health leadership experience, with at least 2 years of that in a hospital setting
• Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas/ or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
