About this role
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Electric Cooperatives and Private DUs. • Lead bid submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
2. Account & Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers in the Region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Managers, Procurement Officers, Technical Heads, Bids and Awards Committee Chairman and other key stakeholders in Electric Cooperatives and Private Distribution Utilities. • Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues to sustain high customer satisfaction.
3. Market Development & Competitive Intelligence
• Monitor regional energy distribution trends, electrification initiatives, and competitor activities. • Provide regular market insights and recommendations to inform pricing strategies, new product offerings, and go-to-market initiatives. • Support brand-building activities, events, and industry forums within the Region.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Operations, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. • Work closely with Marketing Team on roadshows, campaigns, and promotional activities targeted at the Visayas utilities market. • Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
