Qualifications
• Preferably a licensed Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 2 – 5 years of Construction experience specializing in Quantity Surveying, Cost Analysis Contracts Evaluation and SubCon Management.
• With advance knowledge in SAP, Powerpoint presentation and Vision Application.
• Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.
Job Description Summary
• Preparation of bid item breakdown and the corresponding budget allocation.
• Quantify and evaluate contract variations to assess cost effects and resolve issues.
• Undertake cost analysis and collate project cost data.
• Produce and update cost and progress accomplishment.
• Regularly coordinating the reviews of all Vendors / Subcontractors billings for deficient or unacceptable works and possible back charges prior to release of payment.
• Manages the client, subcontractors, project management team and other stakeholders.
