Job Description: The Preconstruction Manager leads the preconstruction process and resources that provide quality preconstruction services to both internal project team members and external clients. Elements include, but are not limited to, creation of conceptual models and budgets, quantitative analysis, order of magnitude and identification of other necessary factors to assist in constructability, schedule, phasing and staffing considerations. The Preconstruction Manager reviews the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established preconstruct
