What You'll Do:
* Answer customer inquiries via phone and email * Assist with orders, questions, and general requests * Help solve customer issues in a friendly and efficient way * Work closely with other departments to make sure customers get the best possible support
What We're Looking For:
* German and English skills appropriate to the position are a must (written and spoken) Additional languages are a plus * A structured and organized way of working * Strong customer focus and great communication skills * Experience in customer care is a bonus, but not required
