Your Tasks * Assessment of the creditworthiness of large national and international Corporate Real Estate customers in Austria and CEE, including the forward looking assessment of the respective business model, repayment capability and liquidity. * Deciding on loan applications either within your discretionary approval authority or preparing a clear recommendation to the final decision maker * Responsible for a dedicated Real Estate portfolio of corporate client groups with focus on Hotels, Logistics, Offices and Retail. * Defining of risk strategies on clients and the covered industry * Participating in client meetings. * Cooperation with different departments and CEE subsidiaries within Erste Group * Contribution to various Group and Department projects alongside the credit process
Your Background * Graduate in business administration or law * Solid experience in Corporate Real Estate Banking (Account Manager/Risk Manager/Credit Analysis/Corporate Finance) with several years of activity in these areas * Familiar with lending products and legal basics * Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills in German and English to present complex issues concisely * Flexibility and resilience to perform in a fast-paced environment * Readiness to cooperate with colleagues of other departments/ CEE subsidiaries in a multi-cultural environment * Willingness to travel * Open-minded, result- and target-oriented
