Here's the Deal:
• 🕒 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• 💰 Pay: $23.50/hour
• 📅 Hours: 30 hours/week — no mandatory overtime
• 🏥 Benefits: Medical, dental, vision & more (eligible after 30 days)
• 📍 Location: Ferguson Distribution Center, Front Royal, VA
What You'll Do: Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to keep product moving safely and accurately through our facility. Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems, build pallets, maintain a clean workspace, and work alongside a solid team that takes pride in doing things right.
No experience? We train the right people.
You're a Great Fit If You:
• Show up consistently and take your work seriously
• Can lift up to 70 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen
