• Understand each client’s business goals and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
• Handle and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining trust and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery on all client commitments.
• Identify and close renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through proactive account management.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and keep sales activities updated in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals and quotas.
• Lead regular business reviews (in person or virtual) to discuss progress and uncover new opportunities.
• Present and promote our cybersecurity solutions through demos, events, and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with resellers and internal teams to build new pipeline and support clients effectively.
• Coordinate sales activities across teams and ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Continuously develop product and market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Shadow senior colleagues when needed to learn best practices and strengthen your sales expertise.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a field sales (software or tech industry).
• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or SMB technology sales is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and account planning skills, with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish/Swedish language.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage complex accounts independently.
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues and coaching.
