About this role
What you’ll do
• Customer Contact: Answer customer calls and video chats to help them understand product features and services. • Hands-On Help: Guide customers through setting up and using their products after a purchase. • Solving Problems: Find and fix customer issues, and get help from other teams when problems are complex. • Accurate Records: Keep detailed notes on all customer conversations for documentation. • Teamwork: Work with colleagues and other teams, including mentoring junior staff, to ensure a great customer experience.
What experience you need
• High school diploma. • English proficiency B2. • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills.
What could set you apart
• Basic Knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
