The Role:

The Account Manager is responsible for product promotion, achieving annual sales targets, increasing market share, and collecting information about customer business trends and competitive intelligence.

This role requires alignment with the strategic goals of assigned key accounts and the execution of multiple Business Unit and sales strategies to ensure business outcomes are consistent. Additionally, required the ability of organized multiple departments to cooperate for revenue extension or new business extension.

In this role you will:

• Understands BU and field operations goals, develop strategies to achieve set sales objectives with direct support from sales manager/director.

• Works closely with global and regional support teams such as technical team, PM, Sales operation, Quality team, CSR team, etc. to ensure seamless sales service to assigned accounts.

• Create customer's opportunities, assign tasks and information on CRM, regular maintenance, or updates.

• Understand customers' business, technology, and behavior. Feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement, maintaining technical edge and collecting competitive market information.

• Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contract and price negotiations process at assigned key accounts.

• Establish customer relationships with the assigned key accounts by maintaining customer organization chart, visiting Entegris ELT level to promote partnerships, and ensure Entegris is supporting customer’s long-term business strategy.

• Effectively utilize the support of technical and field applications engineers for sales activities.

• Collaborate with Entegris worldwide service organization to offer the best solutions beyond components and to become a preferred partner to the customer.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Experience with TSMC, especially in Photo, WET, or CMP, and familiarity with TSMC AP is a strong plus.

• Outgoing, articulate, and sincere, with strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

• Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional global and regional teams.

• Demonstrate a strategic mindset in developing sales strategies aligned with BU and field operations goals.
