About Us Join Citrus Heights, a 202-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) center, recently acquired by Bandera Therapy, an Ensign affiliate. Specializing in ventilator and airway care, we’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team in Mesa,
