Responsibilities
• Handle tenders for the region sales team and distributors. Take all necessary actions for tender preparation, including tender documents consolidation and submission.
• Tracking and reporting the tenders in the region. Development of tenders responses and Distributors/Agents ability to respond to tenders.
• Be an expert on all radiotherapy solutions in the market and provide internal consultancy to the sales team on strategic tender positioning.
• Prepare quotes for the region’s sales team in Salesforce (CLM). Primary focus will be on quotes for Middle East and Africa.
• Convert quotes to orders within CLM.
• Update CLM account name, quotes, expected shipment date, meetings, tenders, next action point, customer contacts, competitor installed base, etc.
• Working with the region Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations Manager, etc to develop and deploy business plans that support the delivery of corporate targets.
• Assist the region team in achieving its sales, revenue and margin targets.
• Submit and update all necessary region reports in a timely manner.
• Abide by the sales process management rules and standards.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate safety, quality and other regulatory/management systems.
• Compliance with Export Sanctions in region.
• Develop and maintain customer a good working relationship with all Distributor/Agent within the region including: healthcare professionals, business managers and funding providers.
• Attendance and representation of Elekta at conferences, symposiums, shows and other events as and when required.
• Support region with various other tasks as required.
Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in an Oncology discipline, with a Medical Physics degree highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience gained within radiotherapy field (Linac, OIS, TPS advantage to also have a working knowledge of Brachy and Neuro product range).
• Clinical Experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in a quoting or tender management role for Capital medical equipment for international sales in Middle East, Africa, or Turkey would be an advantage.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English is essential.
• International working experience would be an advantage.
• Have an understanding of Salesforce (CLM) or equivalent system would be an advantage.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven success in a medical environment.
• Business to Business management.
• Must be willing to travel as required (up to %15).
• Master degree or higher would be an advantage.
