Ihre Aufgaben

- Verantwortung für den gesamten HR-Lifecycle am neuen deutschen Logistikstandort (Recruiting, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Employee Relations) - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller HR-Prozesse gemäß deutschem Arbeitsrecht sowie den globalen Unternehmensrichtlinien - Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen - Koordination der Entgeltabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. ADP) - Administration von Vergütung, Sozialleistungen und Zeiterfassungssystemen - Planung und Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zur Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung - Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen - Aufbau und Förderung einer positiven und leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar - 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich; Erfahrung im deutschen Arbeitsumfeld von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (beides Arbeitssprachen) - Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht - Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Management-Systemen (z. B. ADP)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Specialist (m/f/d) to support the full HR lifecycle at our new warehouse in Gelsenkirchen / Germany.

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Probation Period: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations - Ensure compliance with German labor law and global HR standards - Prepare and manage employment contracts - Coordinate payroll administration (e.g., via ADP) and manage benefits and time tracking systems - Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers - Foster a positive and productive working environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - 2–3 years of HR experience; experience in Germany preferred - Fluent German and English (both working languages) - Strong knowledge of German labor law, social insurance and tax regulations - Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (e.g., ADP)
