Key Responsibilities * Partner with Holding Division leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy aligned with Group priorities * Act as a strategic advisor in the design and delivery of transformation and change initiatives within the Group * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table * Leverage HR data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous organizational improvement * Lead the end-to-end talent agenda across the Holding, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning * Drive the adoption and effective use of HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance efficiency and employee experience * Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and regional teams to continuously evolve HR processes, policies, and programs in line with business needs and Group standards
Required Competencies * Several years of progressive HR or business experience * Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal) * A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
