ABOUT US Our client is currently seeking an experienced professional for the following permanent position: HEAD OF HR (M/W/D) YOUR TASKS Build and own the People & Culture function across Germany and Cyprus Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles Design and implement scalable hiring processes, HR policies, and people programs Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding Own and further develop Personio as the central HRIS and ATS platform Ensure compliance with local employment laws, HR regulations, and GDPR requirements Partner closely with senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and culture initiatives Establish HR reporting, KPIs, compensation frameworks, and internal communication processes Build and lead the HR team as the organization scales YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of HR experience, combining People Operations and Talent Acquisition Proven track record of building HR structures and processes in a fast-growing or early-stage environment Strong knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices Hands-on experience with Personio or a comparable HRIS/ATS Fluent in German and English Experience in technology-driven companies or high-growth startups Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach BENEFITS Opportunity to build an HR function from scratch and shape company culture from day one Direct collaboration with experienced founders and senior leadership International environment with significant growth ambitions Highly innovative technology sector with strong financial backing A key leadership role with substantial impact and visibility INTERESTED?
